Training and Placement at Pushpadevi Paramedical Institute (PDPI)

At Pushpadevi Paramedical Institute (PDPI), we understand that practical exposure and career readiness are crucial for success in the paramedical and healthcare sectors. To support this vision, PDPI has established a dedicated Training and Placement Cell, managed by an experienced and committed Training and Placement Officer.

PDPI is actively working towards building strong ties with a wide network of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pathology laboratories across India. These collaborations ensure that students receive valuable opportunities for hands-on training and potential placement support in reputed healthcare institutions.

To prepare students for real-world roles, we focus on:

  • Industry-focused skill development

  • Mock interviews and personality development programs

  • On-the-job practical training

Our Training and Placement Cell remains in continuous contact with students, offering timely guidance and updates regarding training schedules, interview opportunities, and industry interactions.

While PDPI facilitates training and placement opportunities, the final responsibility of securing placement rests with the students—encouraging them to be proactive, independent, and career-driven.

In addition to regular classroom instruction by our qualified faculty, every student is required to undergo compulsory industrial training each year for a minimum of 8 weeks in hospitals, nursing homes, polyclinics, diagnostic centers, or pathology labs. This experience not only enhances technical skills but also builds confidence and professional work ethics.

PDPI also fosters a healthy, competitive environment, encouraging students to grow holistically and face the challenges of the healthcare industry with competence, creativity, and confidence.

At PDPI, we are not just preparing students for jobs—we are preparing them for meaningful careers in the ever-evolving healthcare sector.
